Integration Coach and Creative Direction Jenny Farhat
Jenny Farhat is many things but for the sake of time here I am focusing on her psychedelic integration coaching and her instinctive creative director skills . Instead of me plodding through an explanation on psychedelics allow me to quote directly from her website, Open Field.
“Psychedelic experiences can bring moments of clarity, emotional release, or expanded awareness. Without intentional follow up, those insights often fade or fragment.
Integration is the process of turning insight into action, allowing new perspectives to reshape how you think, relate, and live.”
Psychedelic integration therapy helps individuals process the powerful insights from a psychedelic experience, translating them into lasting personal growth and change. The process is considered essential for maximizing the therapeutic benefits and achieving long-term mental and emotional well-being. In the era of prioritizing ones own mental, physical AND emotional health look no further North Countians. Here is a link to book a discovery call with Jenny to learn how this process could level you up.
Her other talent, leading brand campaigns to greatness, is deeply aligned. One must be intuitive, witty, insightful and carefully move through a lengthy emotional and goal oriented process. She recently co-directed and is in the middle of post editing a film on the Pine Ridge reservation (that’s all we can talk about so far), and is in the middle of multiple brand campaigns for CPG clients. Not to mention she’s Palestinian American and tirelessly working to save her people from complete annihilation. Truly an amazing human who considering everything she’s working on still can find time to have coffee at Iron Smith (and harass Matt a bit with my Campsnap camera) walk the 101, and lunch at Juanita’s tacos to talk culture, art and the future of America. Love you Jen.

Can’t give up all the best places to enter the sea in Encinitas but this is one of Jenny’s favorite places
Everyday we wake up and get dressed and keep doing, going, creating because we can’t let evil win. Jenny dressed in mine and her clothes.
Taco break at Juanita’s tacos. Turns out we’re both crispy taco fans.
Creating images of longing and centeredness (Is that a word? No idea but we’re going with it).
Thank you Jenny for taking the time. Looking forward to have a session!
